From 03 to 05 November 2021, Major General Francisco Esteban Pérez, Director of CPCC (Civilian Planning and Conduct Capability) and EU Civilian Operations Commander paid a visit to #EUROGENDFOR PHQ. He was received by the Commander, Col. Paulo Gonçalves and his staff members. The occasion allowed to strengthen the cooperation between CPCC and EUROGENDFOR #LexPaciferat.
