On the 16th of March 2015, the European Council launched the EU Military Advisory Mission in Central African Republic (EUMAM RCA).
Following the termination of EUFOR RCA mission, the EU launched the Military Advisory Mission in the Central African Republic (EUMAM RCA) in March 2015. The mission aimed to advise local military authorities on managing and reforming their resources, support the United Nations where and when necessary, and advise the EU delegation.
From May 2015 until the end of the mission in July 2016, EUROGENDFOR deployed an officer to advise the Central African Republic authorities on preparing the security sector reform for the Armed Forces.
