Today, The Spanish Guardia Civil contingent assigned to #EUROGENDFOR PHQ in Vicenza (Italy) is celebrating the Guardia Civil’s 179th Founding Anniversary. On this occasion the EUROGENDFOR PHQ Commander, Col Paulo Gonçalves has been awarded with a Spanish Guardia Civil decoration. The Ambassador of Spain to Italy, D. Miguel Ángel Fernández-Palacios who was present during the Declaration of Intent signature in 2005, presided over the event. #lexpaciferat
