Yesterday, the EUROGENDFOR PHQ Commander, Col. Hans Vroegh welcomed a delegation from “Business and Strategies in Europe” (B&S), a private Belgium consulting firm focusing on governance, justice, security, communication, and outreach projects in developing, transition a partner country. During the visit, where all the EUROGENDFOR Senior National Representatives were present, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed to achieve forms of cooperation under the project called “EULINK/Rawabet”. This means that EUROGENDFOR will deploy experts in Libya from its National Gendarmeries for specific missions. #Lexpaciferat
