On the18th of July, the #EUROGENDFOR Deputy Commander, Colonel M. Panfil attended the Change of Command ceremony at U.S. Army Southern European Task Force Africa (SETAF-AF) in Caserma Ederle, Vicenza. Special thanks to the outgoing Commander, Maj. Gen. Todd R.
