The GNR officer assigned to the European Union Military Assistance Mission in Mozambique -EUMAM MOZ- provides training on the reception and care of victims of terrorism. In the first week of April, EUMAM MOZ and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Mozambique joined forces to provide training to the Mozambican Armed Defence Forces (FADM) and the Mozambican Police (PRM) on how to support victims of terrorism through victim-centred and human rights-based approaches, preventing secondary victimisation and restoring trust in institutions.
