From 11 to 22 May, the Operational Planning Workshop 2026 brought together multinational participants in Vicenza with a shared purpose.
Throughout the Workshop, learning, alignment and trust were built through a common planning culture and language, where planning is not just theory, but a practical tool, a discipline and a foundation for readiness.
OPW 2026 benefited from the valuable contribution of mentors from the EEAS Civilian Operations Headquarters, alongside experienced Portuguese and Spanish mentors, fostering shared understanding and practical insight.
